It handles information about supported machines - type, brand, model / class, owners, hours, service specialists, operations, manipulations and problems.  Work cards are being prepared for a specific machine with problems, inputs, activities, etc. Receipts and protocols are automatically issued, work cards, roadmaps are printed.

This system maintains a Machine Dossier, repairs, installed parts, scheduled service. Requests are made to a supplier for spare parts and necessary repair materials. It is possible to calculate the work of the service specialists and to print the necessary documents. Prepares reports on machine problems, handling and inputs, workbooks and protocols issued.

The Scale system can also be part of Agrosystems and has the ability to connect to almost all types of electronic scales.

The weighing process of goods and materials is automated through the Scale system. Helps in collecting production or selling goods. The quantitative value from the scales can be automatically transferred to the Commercial Warehouse System (directly recorded or de-credited) and a weighing note is generated for the towing carried out with all necessary data.

The Scale System allows complete or partial automation of the draws. It is possible for the operator to mark additional values for the output indicators, such as humidity, gluten, impurities, etc. when pulling out products.

 Invoice data, internal accounting documents are easily reflected in this system. An own chart of accounts is created in line with company accounting policies. It is possible to create expert / chief accountant models that are used for automatic posting of operations by a less qualified operator.

The accounting system records invoices, cash and bank documents, VAT, DMA, internal documents, production documents (technological and repair cards, travel lists, etc.). The contingency is done manually, by model, by group or automatically.

Variations have been developed taking into account the specific differences in the cultivation of the different animal species. The different methods of working in farms for milk and meat production are also complied with.

Livestock farm (FermaWEB) can enter and track ear tags, identification numbers, sex, breed, pedigree, life cycle stage and breeding group for each animal. Tracking and moving of animals from one group or site to another is also monitored.
